Role Of Alternative Medicine

Alternative medicine is quite different from traditional medicine as the former is much older and is also known as unconventional medicine. In traditional allopathic medicine, the alternative medicine therapeutic practices weren't looked at as an inherent component. Alternative treatments include therapies like dieting, acupuncture, physical activities like yoga, exercises etc. They are different types of alternative medicine treatments which are used widely by people in order to cure diseases and various kinds of illness.

Physical therapies like doing exercises also enable the mind, body and soul to be in good shape and free from many diseases as well. They are said to be complementary when these therapies are clubbed along-with conventional treatments.
